Pinball Shooter Lane Protector

Custom pinball shooter lane protector.  Fits *most* modern Stern pinball machines and some other game manufacturers (JJP, Spooky, etc).

Please note that due to inconsistencies in the pinball machine manufacturing process, and/or incorrect installation, some games may not plunge properly with these protectors installed.  it is recommended to use double-sided tape to secure the part, but may not be necessary depending on your application. 

IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
This shooter lane protector is custom printed and may not be 100% perfect on every machine  because each game will have some degree of variance either by existing wear & tear, number of plays, production variance, or other conditions that makes placement slightly different. 

I’ve sold and installed many of these on many machines and almost all of them work great without any issues. 

However sometimes I’ve found (maybe 1 out of 10) they’ll work on one example of the game and not work on another of the same exact game. 

Most of the time when there are issues, it needs to be fitted better. 

It’s VERY important that you get the installation process correct - please do not just peel the tape and slap it down without removing the apron and having a little more access to the shooter lane and control over the perfect placement. 

Not always, but sometimes it just won’t lay perfectly in the groove without some slight adjustments. it may be necessary to remove the double sided tape to achieve the perfect fit. 

But occasionally, I just can’t explain it - maybe it’s the shape of the groove or top coat or some kind of variance in the manufacturing process - it just doesn’t work right.
