  • Our items are primarily custom-designed, 3D-printed pinball mods and accessories.
  • Product descriptions highlight functionality, modularity, and compatibility. Please review these carefully before purchase.
  • Items may vary slightly due to the handcrafted and custom nature of production.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the United States and selected international locations.
  • Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and may vary due to production schedules.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

3. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or installation errors.

4. 💳 Payments & Taxes

  • All payments are securely processed through Shopify.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or fees for international orders.
