Shipping policy
At The Pinball Foundry, every order is packed with care and precision, just like our products. We know pinball machines demand excellence—and so do our customers.
📦 Order Processing
- Most items are made-to-order, so please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We ship via USPS.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after production.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.
🌍 International Shipping
- We do not currently offer international shipping for countries outside the continental US.
🧠 Combined & Split Shipments
- Multiple mods ordered together may ship in a single package, when feasible, to reduce waste and cost.
- Some large or complex items may ship separately; if so, tracking will be provided for each.
🛠️ Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinballfoundry@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and offer a resolution quickly.
🔍 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
- If tracking info shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier directly and notify us for support.
