Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Pinball Foundry, where we fuse creativity and precision to deliver high-quality pinball mods and accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

🔄 Returns

Because most of our products are custom-designed or made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we will accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • There was a manufacturing flaw that affects functionality or installation

To initiate a return, please email us at pinballfoundry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed under these conditions:

  • The return meets our criteria (see above)
  • A replacement cannot be offered
  • The item was not installed or modified

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement item, let us know during your return request.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Installed or modified items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Orders past the 7-day notification window
  • Digital content or downloadable items
